Royal's Mega Ref

Keep in mind that I'm terrible with anatomy and I'm still a fairly newbie artist. Perspectives still don't quite make sense to me. I also don't quite understand how to do Royal's neck frill thingy. I love Frillish, but they're a tad odd to draw.
